In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 63 php1 requires identity verification before activating withdrawal eligibility. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS Card, Voter's ID, PhilHealth Card, UMID, and the Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card). 63 php1 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on the 63 php1 Platform. Discovery of multiple Accounts held by a single individual will result in immediate suspension of all duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonuses accumulated, and may result in permanent account closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Note for GCash Users: Your registered 63 php1 mobile number is used for GCash withdrawal linkage. Ensure the mobile number registered to your 63 php1 Account matches the GCash account you intend to use for withdrawals. Discrepancies will delay withdrawal processing until resolved through the support process.

The minimum deposit amount on 63 php1 is PHP 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account balance. 63 php1 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount with reasonable notice to registered Players.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your legal name and linked to your verified 63 php1 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. 63 php1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) Philippine banking business day. Processing times may be extended in cases involving additional verification requirements.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 63 php1 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

All content on the 63 php1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of 63 php1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 63 php1 Platform strictly for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 63 php1 Platform without prior written authorization from 63 php1.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63 php1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds due to service interruption, technical failures, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.
The total aggregate liability of 63 php1 to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, exclusive of any Bonus credits.
Disclaimer: The 63 php1 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 63 php1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Philippine consumer protection laws remain unaffected by this disclaimer where they cannot be excluded by contract.
You may close your 63 php1 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification and the completion of any active wagering requirements on Bonus funds.
63 php1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration or KYC information; detection of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity; self-exclusion requests; regulatory or legal requirement; or any conduct that 63 php1 determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by 63 php1 — all licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise determined by 63 php1 at its discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 63 php1 operates under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR and is subject to Philippine gaming regulations.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 63 php1 Platform shall first be submitted to the 63 php1 customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures or the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that all claims against 63 php1 must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
63 php1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players through in-platform notification or by email to the address registered with your Account, with a reasonable period of notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 63 php1 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account as described in Section 13 of these Terms.
